Scientist, cognitive systems engineer, usability and interaction designer. I earned my doctorate and masters degrees in Cognitive Systems Engineering at the Ohio State University in C/S/E/L. During this time I had the opportunity to work as a visiting PhD researcher in the Man Machine Interaction group at TU-Delft, the Netherlands, and collaborated extensively with the Behavioral Sciences & Leadership group at West Point.

My design and consulting work ranges from web, print, interactive media, and user interface design. My research and work interests are in human-computer and human-robot interaction in complex domains and span across multiple areas of work- from military operations, to search & rescue, to intelligence analysis.
